It has recently been renovated - a brand new bathroom has been put in, new carpets, the walls have just been painted and the leather beds are all new. Additionally the flat is situated in a ported block (good security), and has hot water and part heat included in the rent (means reduced bills). It has an ideal location within Bayswater as it minutes away from the tube ( all THREE of them). Bayswater is a very vibrant hub comprised of a variety of different things. To start off with there are many great restaurants from all over the world - Chinese, Indian, Thai, Italian and Lebanese. There is also a shopping centre called Whiteleys which offers a range of great shops, cafes and restaurants (including an fresh market); just to make Whiteleys a cut above the rest there is also Odeon Cinema and All Star Lanes (bowling alley). Bayswater is also the home of Queens Ice and Bowl which is the only ice-rink and bowling alley in London. For those of you who prefer the outdoors, Bayswater can offer Hyde Park, where you can have a picnic, go paddle boating or running. There is also a gym with a spa (http://www.courtneys.co.uk/centres/Porchester) and a community library nearby. There are also many convenient stores such as Waitrose, Tesco Metro, Tesco Express, hardware shops, electrical shops and laundrettes.
